Usually, yes. Most strata corporations treat shutters as an exterior change that needs council approval. We can provide product details, colours and mounting information to support your application.

Most residential installations do not, but rules vary by municipality, and commercial properties may also need landlord or strata sign-off. We will flag anything you should check before work begins.

Very little is needed. Rinse the slats with mild soap and water a couple of times a year, keep the side guides free of leaves and debris, and never force a shutter that feels stuck. Just call us, as that is what the warranty is for.
